LatheMate Cutting CalcLatheMate Cutting CalcLatheMate Cutting Calc is designed from the ground up to respect your privacy. This policy explains what information the app does — and more importantly, does not — handle.
All data you enter or generate in LatheMate is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. This includes your custom materials, tool selections, saved speeds, and the PDF reference cards you create. Nothing is transmitted over the network.
The app contains no third-party analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no crash reporters that send data to external servers. There are no cookies, no fingerprints, and no invisible trackers.
LatheMate is an offline-first utility. It does not require an internet connection to function, and it never attempts to reach out to remote servers without your explicit action (for example, when you choose to share a generated PDF via AirDrop or the system share sheet).
WidgetKit widgets operate in a sandbox and only show the latest speed reading you have chosen to display. That information remains on your device and is not shared with anyone.
Because your information lives entirely on your device, you control it. Deleting the app removes all associated local data. There is no server-side copy to request or erase.
